It has been quite a while since we have posted anything on our blog and there is a fantastic reason for that. Today I am 16 weeks pregnant!!!! Most of my spare time has been spent sleeping. Ok, all of my spare time has been spent sleeping.

We are beyond shocked and are beyond thrilled for this unexpected gift!! We have prayed for children for so many years and we are so thankful our prayers are being answered.

So where does this leave us with adoption? Right now everything is on hold. Our little one is due July 25th which isn't too far away so we are spending that time enjoying every single thing pregnancy brings. Yes, I've been thankful for the nausea, sleepless nights and clothes that no longer fit.

All of the money raised so far is in a secure account. This time next year we will start the foster to adopt process. The money we have raised so far will cover roughly half of the legal fees needed to complete the adoption process and we are so thankful for that. If we had our pick we would love to add a kiddo in the 2-5 year old range to our family. BUT. We know that God already has that figured out and He writes far better stories than we ever could.

Never stop praying. Never stop believing. Miracles still happen <3!

We can never thank you all enough for your love and support. We are so blessed to have so many amazing people in our lives and are thankful our kids will be surrounded by so much love.
